Schedule Questions
When is the season?
Essex Sting plays in the Mini Metro league for community based teams.
The season runs from the start of November to mid February.
When will schedules be released?
Practice schedules will be sent with your players team placement email. Practice days of the week are determined by coach and facility availability.
Game schedules will be communicated by your coach once released by Mini Metro in late October.
Where do I find team information?
All team information including practice and games schedules will be updated in the TeamSnap App.
Registration links will be provided in your team placement email.
Is there travel involved?
Yes. Teams will travel to gymnasiums around Vermont that are apart of the Mini Metro league.
Exact travel won't be known until Mini Metro releases game schedules.
How often will teams practice?
4th - 6th grade teams practice twice a week.
7th - 8th grade teams practice once a week. Players in this age bracket are often playing for their middle school programs and Sting coaches do their best to work around those practices.
